Follow the steps :

1. Open NightClub City : [ You have to wait until loading has finished ]
2. Open Cheat Engine. Click process > List pick : Mozilla Firefox : plugin-container.exe
3. New Scan your Popularity. [ Ex : 2411 ]
4. Increase your Popularity.
5. Next Scan your Popularity on Cheat Engine. [ Ex : 3411 ]

[ Celebrity Hack ]

1. Open NightClub City : [ You have to wait until loading has finished ]
2. Open Cheat Engine. Click process > List pick : Mozilla Firefox : plugin-container.exe
3. New Scan "5000000" (5 Million)
4. Select all the Addresses, And Drag it (By Clicking Red Arrow on CheatEngine)
5. Change Value of "5000000" to "1"
